• Founded in 1980, Skykomish Valley Indian Education (SVIE) is a federally funded program that serves students of Native American/Alaska Native descent in preschool through high school in the Monroe, Snohomish and Sultan public schools. The no-cost program provides academic support and cultural activities such as the annual Heritage Day and Pow Wow. Held the third Thursday of the month with the exception of: no meeting in December and the June meeting is the 2nd Thursday of the month.

• Longhouse During the Evergreen State Fair August 22-27-28 closed- August 29-Sept.2 We will be serving frybread and Indian Tacos. All proceeds benefit our nonprofit SVIE Parent Organization a 501(c)(3).
