As part of our efforts to increase effective, environmentally friendly communication, the Sultan School District has implemented a flyer distribution service called Peachjar that sends approved flyers about events and activities from school and community organizations directly to parent emails.

The District recognizes that nonprofit organizations may want to distribute materials in the school district.  Any nonprofit group wishing to distribute informational material must first submit/upload a copy of the material and a statement of the value the program provides to students. Informational materials that are non-curricular but that have social, recreational, or educational value for students must also be approved and meet requirements listed below prior to distribution. The primary purpose of the requirements is to prevent the exploitation of students by individuals or groups.

Dissemination of the information does not reflect the district’s endorsement or sponsorship of the activity.  All materials distributed must contain the SSD Disclaimer which is added automatically by Peachjar or must be added to physical office flyers which is below in the Community Free (Free-for-Free) tab.
