PowerSchool Parent Attestation

The Parent Attestation submitted through PowerSchool, our Student Information System, is a required step before students arrive on campus. Please watch the video below and follow these instructions for the safety of all students and staff: 

1. Open your web browser, go to www.sultanschools.org
2. Go to the Resources tab, and click on For Families
3. Log into PowerSchool (parent attestations will NOT work in the PowerSchool app)
        a. If you need help logging into PowerSchool, contact the IT Helpline at (360)793-9891
4. Once logged in to PowerSchool, complete the daily assessment for your student
5. You will need to complete the form prior to your student arriving on campus each day
6. If you do not complete the form before your student arrives on campus then you will receive a call from our office reminding you to complete the attestation form.
7. Once your student arrives on campus, they will have their temperature taken to complete our daily screening process.
